Did you know it was National Book Month in the U.S.? I celebrated last year by reviewing a book a day (almost). Feel free to peruse the list here.

This year, I’ve been slack. I did pull together a list of African American historicals (fiction and nonfiction) for UrbanFaith.com, but I don’t think it’s on their site yet.

Do head over to Urban Faith and read my twitter friend, Chanel Graham’s interview with Donald Miller, famed author of Blue Like Jazz. If you liked ‘Jazz’ then you’ll probably like his new book A Million Miles in a Thousand Years: What I Learned While Editing My Life.

Not into Donald Miller? That’s okay. Just go forth and read something.

Happy National Book Month.
